1Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the relationship between tpower and every individual who accesses or uses the tpower platform, including the website, mobile app, and all related services. These Terms take full effect from the moment you begin using our platform.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, you are required to stop using the tpower platform immediately. Continued use of our platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes.

Tpower reserves the right to modify, add, or remove any part of these Terms at any time without prior notice, although we endeavour to inform users via email or in-platform notification whenever significant changes are made.

2Eligibility & Registration

To register and use the tpower platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements:

• At least 18 years old at the date of registration.
• Being a legally competent individual to enter into a binding agreement.
• Not appearing on any self-exclusion or gambling prohibition list issued by any authority.
• Providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date personal information during registration.
• Not holding more than one active account on the tpower platform at any given time.

KYC Verification Process

As part of our commitment to security and compliance, tpower conducts a Know Your Customer (KYC) process for all new accounts. You may be required to submit the following documents:

• Valid Malaysian identity card (MyKad) or passport.
• Proof of current address (bank statement or utility bill dated within three months).
• Additional documents related to the payment method used.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified period may result in a temporary restriction on your account's withdrawal function.

3User Account

Each player is permitted to hold only one account at tpower. Owning multiple accounts under the same individual — whether using different information or through another person — is a serious violation of these Terms.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are fully responsible for:

• Keeping your username and password confidential.
• Ensuring no third party accesses your account.
• Immediately report to the tpower support team if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• Using a strong password and changing it regularly.

Tpower will never request your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. If you receive such a request, please report it to our support team immediately as it may be a phishing attempt.

Account Suspension

Tpower reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or a significant security risk to the platform or other users.

4Deposit & Withdrawal

Tpower supports a wide range of payment methods commonly used in Malaysia, including FPX, local digital wallets, and internet banking transfers. All financial transactions are processed through secure channels protected by 256-bit SSL encryption.

Deposit Policy

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary depending on the selected payment method.
• All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the account holder's name.
• Tpower does not accept deposits from third parties or through unrecognised channels.
• Deposits are typically credited to your account within minutes after confirmation by the payment provider.

Withdrawal Policy

• Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the platform's support section.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or digital wallet registered in the user's name.
• Tpower reserves the right to request additional verification before processing withdrawals that exceed a certain threshold.
• Withdrawals will not be processed if there is any active dispute or investigation relating to your account.

5Bonus & Promotions

General Bonus Terms

• Each bonus carries a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before a withdrawal can be made.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash without meeting the wagering requirements.
• Only one welcome bonus is permitted per new user.
• Tpower reserves the right to cancel any bonus deemed to have been obtained through unauthorised or rule-violating means.

Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse the tpower bonus system — including but not limited to opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, using automated software, or employing betting strategies designed to manipulate bonus conditions — will result in the cancellation of all bonuses and potential account closure.

6Game Rules

All games available on the tpower platform operate according to the rules set by their respective game providers. Players are responsible for familiarising themselves with the rules of each game before playing.

• Game results generated by the Random Number Generator (RNG) system are final and cannot be disputed.
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, tpower will endeavour to resolve the situation fairly based on system records.
• Players are not permitted to use third-party software, bots, or any automated tools while playing.
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system errors must be reported to the support team and must not be used for personal gain.

7Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the tpower platform and may result in immediate account closure, balance freezing, and legal action where necessary:

• Identity fraud or use of falsified documents during registration or KYC verification.
• Money laundering or any suspicious financial activity conducted through the platform.
• Collusion between players in multiplayer games to gain an unfair advantage.
• Use of hacking software, code manipulation, or any technical method to alter game results.
• Threats, harassment, or abusive behaviour directed at staff or other players.
• Spreading false or misleading information about the tpower platform.

8Responsible Gaming

Tpower is committed to responsible gaming practices. We provide a range of tools to help players manage their gaming habits, including deposit limits, session time limits, temporary breaks, and self-exclusion options.

9Privacy & Data

10Account Termination

You may close your tpower account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Before closure, please ensure all pending withdrawal requests have been processed.

Tpower reserves the right to terminate a user's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision in these Terms and Conditions.
• There is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent or illegal activity.
• Account inactive for more than twelve (12) consecutive months.
• Requests from relevant authorities.

11Liability Limit

Tpower shall not be held liable for any losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Financial losses resulting from game outcomes.
• Service disruptions due to system maintenance or circumstances beyond our control.
• Losses caused by unauthorised access to your account due to your own negligence.
• Indirect or consequential losses that are not reasonably foreseeable.

In all circumstances, tpower's maximum liability to users is limited to the amount deposited by the user within the thirty (30) days preceding the claim.

12Terms Amendments

Tpower reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any significant amendments will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required for security or legal compliance reasons.

Continued use of the tpower platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amendments, you have the right to close your account before the effective date.
