At tpower, your loyalty is truly valued. The tpower VIP Programme is designed to ensure active players always get more than just an ordinary gaming experience. There are six VIP tiers – from Bronze all the way to Diamond – and each tier comes with increasingly rewarding benefits.
Every bet you place, regardless of game type, automatically accumulates loyalty points. These points are used to determine your VIP level and can be redeemed for bonus credits at increasingly favorable rates as your level rises.
The most effective way to level up your VIP tier at tpower is to play consistently and make the most of all available promotions. Every ringgit you wager counts towards your loyalty points. Players who are active across multiple game categories – slots, bingo, and Live Casino – tend to accumulate points faster, as the variety of activity increases your overall wagering total.
Tpower also periodically hosts "Double Points Weekends" where loyalty points are counted twice for all games during select weekends. These events are announced in advance via tpower app notifications and email to registered members.
Throughout the year, tpower runs a variety of seasonal promotions aligned with Malaysia's festive calendar and major events. This is more than a marketing tactic – it is our way of joining in and celebrating important moments together with our player community.
During the month of Ramadan, tpower introduces special promotions that celebrate the spirit of sharing – including larger deposit bonuses and community rewards when players reach collective goals in the bingo room. Leading up to Hari Raya Aidilfitri, tpower launches a "Digital Duit Raya" package where active players receive special bonus credits usable across all games.
Tpower also offers a referral program that benefits both parties. When you invite a friend to register and they make their first deposit, you will automatically receive a referral bonus. Your friend also benefits from an exclusive welcome bonus that is larger than what is offered through regular sign-up.
This referral program has no limit – you can invite as many friends as you want and keep earning bonuses for every successful referral. This makes tpower not just a gaming platform, but also an opportunity for you and your friends to enjoy entertainment together while earning rewards.
The best way to make sure you never miss a tpower promotion is to enable in-app notifications in the tpower app. You can also sign up with your email to receive a weekly newsletter containing a summary of all the latest offers. Notifications are sent in a timely manner so you have enough time to plan ahead and meet each promotion's requirements before it expires.
